Pelan Komprehensif Motor Takaful memberi perkhidmatan Bantuan Jalanraya 24 Jam Bantuan IKHLAS. Anda hanya perlu mendail 1-800-88-1186 untuk bantuan sekiranya terjadi kerosakan kecemasan atau kemalangan jalanraya.

Perkhidmatan Bantuan IKHLAS

1. Bantuan Kecemasan dan Tundaan
Jika kenderaan anda rosak dan tidak dapat bergerak, pusat panggilan kami akan menghantar khidmat penundaan sehingga 100km (
umlah maksimum RM300) bagi membaiki kerosakan dan/atau penundaan kenderaan anda ke bengkel panel kami yang terdekat atau kediaman pemandu.
2. Bantuan di Jalanraya
Melibatkan penghantaran & penggantian bateri baru, ‘jumpstart’, bantuan bagi tayar pancit & penghantaran minyak petrol (harga tayar, bateri & minyak petrol adalah ditanggung oleh peserta).

Kita tidak dapat meramalkan bila kita akan mengalami kerosakan kereta – sama ada kenderaan kehabisan bateri ataupun tayar pancit. Jangan khuatir, kami bersedia untuk membantu anda melalui perkhidmatan Tele Bantuan kami.

Apakah Tele Bantuan?

Tele Bantuan merupakan program bantuan kecemasan kereta 24/7 yang disediakan untuk semua peserta yang layak dibawah perlindungan Takaful Motor Persendirian Komprehensif*.

    Jika kenderaan anda mengalami kerosakan, anda layak untuk mendapatkan perkhidmatan berikut:

    Pembaikan Kerosakan Kecil di Bahu Jalan 24/7

    Pengendali perkhidmatan Tele Bantuan kami akan membantu dan membaiki kenderaan di bahu jalan. Pembaikan kerosakan kecil di bahu jalan adalah pembaikan yang boleh dilakukan di tempat kejadian. Sebagai contoh perkhidmatan “jumpstart”, penukaran bateri atau tayar, penghantaran kecemasan petrol dan/atau kerja-kerja pendawaian kecil.

    Perkhidmatan Tunda 24/7

    Jika kenderaan anda tidak boleh dibaiki di tempat kejadian, pengendali perkhidmatanTele Bantuan kami akan menyediakan perkhidmatan tunda ke bengkel panel Takaful Malaysia. Anda akan dilindungi untuk kos buruh dan tundaan sehingga jumlah maksimum RM300 setahun. Semua kos lain termasuk penggantian alat ganti kenderaan dan tol, jika ada, adalah di bawah tanggungan anda.
  • Kemalangan
    Jika kenderaan anda terlibat dalam kemalangan, pengendali perkhidmatan Tele Bantuan kami akan menyediakan perkhidmatan tunda percuma sehingga jumlah maksimum sebanyak RM200 ke bengkel panel Takaful Malaysia yang berhampiran.

Takaful

  • Takaful is an insurance concept which is grounded in Islamic Muamalat, observing the rules and regulations of Shariah. It is a concept that has been in practice for over 1,400 years.

  • The Takaful scheme fulfills the spirit of Islamic Jurisprudence (Shariah) which is the combination of the concept of co-operation, protection, and responsibility and they are implemented together.

Takaful in Malaysia

  • Malaysia is a pioneer in the development and regulation of Takaful business.
  • There are currently 9 Takaful Operators in Malaysia and 2 Retakaful Operators.

Understanding the Takaful Contract

  • The current Takaful practice uses a combination of two types of ‘Aqad (contract). These are the Tabarru' (donation) and Mudharabah (investment) contracts which are free from the elements of Riba (interest), Maisir (gambling) and Gharar (uncertainty).
  • In the Tabarru' contract, participants agree to donate or contribute to a fund with a sincere intention of helping each other to assume the monetary losses and misfortunes that may befall any of them.
  • In the Mudharabah contract, however, participants contribute to a fund that is managed by the Takaful company and share in the profits from such investment.
